1. Address the ball – First of all, balance your body to move your body as freely as possible. Balance your weight in the squarely in the middles of your feet. Take these main two steps to set good posture such as (a) Push your hips back and (b) Angle your spine towards the ball. And third step (c) Bend your knees slightly, it is helpful for the stability. All three steps mentioned above are helpful to get in the correct and balanced position. 5. Impact – The hips continue to turn open so the left hip has cleared by impact. The chest is less rotated, facing the ball, which shows that the hips are pulling the shoulders. Make sure your head remains behind the ball, and your left side straightens as your right side moves forward. Your hands should be slightly ahead of the club head at impact, with your left wrist flat and your right wrist bent. The radius of the golf swing a line from the left shoulder to the club head is at full length just after you hit the ball. The ball of your right foot should still be on the ground, and your left foot flat.
6. Follow through – Both arms should be fully extended in front of you, and the right shoulder should be down. Your hips should rotate around your left hip joint through to a balance finish. Your right knee should be kicking inward, closing the gap with your left knee, and your left leg should be straight. The club head should be below your hands, proving the wrists have not flipped to help the ball into the air. Make sure your spine is still angled down, proving you haven’t pulled out of posture.
7. Finish – Your right foot should have been pulled up onto the tip of your toes by your rotating hips. The sole of your shoe should be vertical, facing away from the target. Your body weight should be transferred onto left heel and your belt buckle should point to the target. Your shoulders should have turned more than your hips, indicating a full upper-body release. You should be comfortably balanced, as you were at address. You should be able to pose the finish, holding the shaft across your neck. It is to be noted that your right foot does not spin out.
